For question 11..will we know the results of the combined vote, too?

The combined vote is what is used in all the team editions and is the 'actual' result; i.e. each team only allocates one set of 1-12 points, which is the calculated weighted combination of the individual points from both of its members. The scoreboard reveals the individual points as each team votes as well as the final combined totals. The combined totals are used to determine the final placings.

Both the combined and individual votes are published on the contest site afterwards, as was also the case for T1, T2, T3 and T4.
