RTV Slo has announced the special guests in the Slovene national selection, EMA 2012. Besides the two finalists, most of the former Slovenian Eurovision entrants will be there as special guests of the show, and also participants from Misija Evrovizija, and a Eurovision winner.

Eva Boto, and Eva & Nika Prusnik will sing three songs each in the national final. Besides them, all the special guests will also sing live, their Eurovision entries. We shall see the following Slovenian Eurovision entrants: Darja Švajger (1995 and 1999), Regina (1996), Tanja Ribič (1997), Vili Resnik (1998), Nuša Derenda (2001), Sestre (2002), Omar Naber (2005), Alenka Gotar (2007), Rebeka Dremelj (2008), Rok Žlindra and Barbara Ogrinc from Ansambel Roka Žlindre (2010), and Maja Keuc (2011). Emilija Kokić who won for Yugoslavia in 1989 with Riva and the song "Rock Me" will also be one of the special guests. Nika Zorjan, who finished third in Misija Evrovizija will also be one of the guests of the show, and she shall perform her single "Čas za nas".

The final of EMA will take place on Sunday, starting at 20:00 CET, and will be broadcasted live on RTV Slo 1, Slovenian Radio Val 202, Radio Maribor, and will aslo be streamed live worldwide.
