GPB, Georgian national broadcaster, has announced that the deadline to enter a song to the national final has been extended. The new deadline is the 25th of January. All interested in participating in the national selection must send in their song, as well as their CV and picture.

A special jury will then select the best songs to proceed into the national final, which is going to be held in early February. The winner will there be declared by a mix of 50% televoting and 50% jury votes.

Last year Georgia was represented by Eldrine, with "One More Day", finishing 9th in the Grand Final.
