if we are having a semi can we take a few days to set ourselves on ground rules and stuff, as it seems as if a top 10 was created will it be like helsinki 07 format top 10 *including host* then a semi of the rest, as that way it would take longer and a semi of 23 people doesnt really fix things realistically
