    Here are all the important dates and shit you need to know in the buildup to our big weekend in May:

    Sunday 13 April
    • Voting closes in Edition 62
    • Songs in Edition T1 are revealed
    • Voting opens for Edition T1
    • Submission opens for Edition 63
    Friday 18 April
    • Voting closes in Edition T1 and I must have received your video or audio vote by this date
    • Submission closes for Edition 63
    Sunday 20 April
    • Songs in Edition 63 are revealed but without a recap because the host nation is not yet known
    • Voting opens for Edition 63
    Sunday 27 April
    • Voting closes in Edition 63
    Friday 2 May
    • Edition T1 results at 8pm UK
    Saturday 3 May
    • Edition E5 live from 8pm UK
    Sunday 4 May
    • Edition 62 results at 8pm UK
    • Edition 63 results at 9pm UK
    • Submission opens for Edition 64
    DO make a note of all these dates won't you.

    And yes, this means that you won't know who has won Edition 62 until the same day as the results for Edition 63 are presented. Consequently the winner of Edition 62 won't have any creative input into Edition 63 but sacrifices must be made. HFc in advance.

    I have only ever heard it referred to as the Birthday (BD) edition. I STILL haven't heard it called the Team Edition.

    BTW you missed a BELTING Austria Night :(
