Hey everyone!

I wanted to find out which song was considered as most underrated ESC entry ever. Since we are all ESC Fans (I hope), I wanted to find out here.
I selected 31 songs from ESC (1956-2010) which were in my opinion very underrated.
Now my question is: would you like to help me pick the most underrated song ever? Just by giving your top 10 ESC Style (1-8, 10 12 ofc)
The competition will be 2 rounds: in the first round, 21 songs with the least points are eliminated. Voting is open for 1 week.
In the second round, the final 10 songs will once again compete.

I'm half pro this and half anti this.

This probably would have worked better if we had all nominated songs that we thought were underrated. This is more of a "lets vote on the best songs that nick likes that didn't do well" contest since you're the only person who picked the songs, I mean open the field up and I'm sure you'll find more than 4 songs from the 80's that people think were underrated.

Also, I feel that songs like Forogj Villag and Senhora Do Mar were big fan favourites before Eurovision, so they aren't as much underrated as they are failing to live up to their hype.

Anyway, I'll send you my votes shortly.

Possibly the singularly most overrated song in ESC history.

Haha nope Sheep, ok, it might not be the best the UK has ever sent, but 16th was WAY too low for this.

Only because what came above it was utter dross. "Don't Play That Song Again" is barely one rung above "That Sounds Good To Me" in the UK entry stakes which is ironic seeing as it is was dubbed a "2nd rate Stock/Aitken/Waterman" track at the time.

I've voted hence earning my right to be the whining pedant I am coming off as in this thread.

Once again the Aussies have the right idea in that it would have been better if we'd all submitted our own choices as there's a real mixture of underrated, overrated and frankly plain awful entries in your selection.

I shall now leave you in peace, until the next round whereby all of my favourites will have inevitably been eliminated.

Well OK I may be 4 months late with this but, hey, I wasn't here then. I absolutely ADORED Frauen regier'n die Welt. Again, I don't think that white suit did him any favours (and I don't think he performed it nearly as well as he did in the German selection programme, which was the best I ever heard him do it). If he'd worn the stuff he was wearing in the video, every gay man in Europe would have voted for him! (I also really liked - from way back when "I Treni di Tozeur".) Underrated UK ones: "Why do I always get it Wrong?" and "Runner in the Night"
