Bosnia joins Turkvision

Bosnia announced to join Turkvision this year yet they didn't confirm to join Eurovision, so the question remains, how many countries will join the Turkvision and leave the Eurovision?

Looks like BHRT, Bosnia's ESC broadcaster isn't managing the delegation to Turkvision, so they could return.
