As a result of the reference group meeting in Belgrade, Serbia , there will be only 24 countries in the final of Esc 2011. 14 March is the deadline for the broadcasters of all participating countries.
A request of a few broadcasters has been approved , and from now on the release date can be from 1st September, which was 1st October in the previous years.
