I was wondering whether there were partys or fans gathering organized for the great 2013 finals in some european cities other than Malmö (for those not going to the actual contest and would like to gather in some other places).

are there any bars showing the finals on big screen or some dedicated places to gather and watch the finals with some other ESC fans in Europe ?

Is the fan group gathering in Köln each monch organizing anything special for May 18th for instance ? Or anywhere in Germany, Belgium, France, Holland or else ?
