Here's a little tip if you were banned from logging in on esctoday.com:

Firstly, try making a new account. Sometimes that will work if they just ban your old account. A new one will work.

But sometimes they will ban your IP, meaning nobody can log in from your internet connection. In these circumstances, you must get a new IP.

The easiest way for UK ADSL users to do so is to switch off their ADSL router/modem for up to 3 minutes and re-power it. You will usually get a new (unbanned) IP.

However, some providers and UK cable operator Virgin Media often do not give you a new IP, so it will remain banned. So, a workaround:

Download and install Tor. You'll want the Tor Browser Bundle for Windows with Firefox which you can download here.

Enable Tor and run the Tor Browser (make sure the bottom right corner of the window says "Tor Enabled") and then visit esctoday.com in the Tor Browser. You'll be connecting via a new IP that way. Follow the instructions here to install and use Tor.
