Wahoo! I've won something!!! *PLEASE READ*

    Wahoo! I think I've won the akoe prediction competition!

    The competition can be found here http://www.allkindsofeverything.ie/Moscow09Predictions1.htm I am number 13 on the list. Having picked out 4 of the countries that made it into the top 5 (and having carefully compared my prediction with everyone else's) I really think I've won the prize!!! :D

    By the way, if I turn out to be wrong I will never tell you. ;)
    But that won't happen...will it?.....:o

    No. Everyone gets a score. To give you an example, my predictions (along with the number of points they actually got) were:
    1 Norway - 387 points
    2 Turkey - 177 points
    3 Greece - 120 points
    4 Azerbaijan - 207 points
    5 Iceland - 218 points

    So, my score is 387x5 + 177x4 + 120x3 + 207x2 + 218 = 3635.
    The highest score will win the prize.
    #32 and #67 didn't predict Norway as the winner and (by my power of Mathematics) they cannot possibly win now.
    #66 has a score of 3559 and so just misses out. ;)

    Actually I found someone with a score that is only about 30 points behind me. They will be so annoyed if they find out! :D

    Hmm, I would prefer both of those to the DVD to be honest, given that I've already seen all of the shows. I guess I could do with watching the final again tho. I managed to go to a party in the end but I couldn't hear it over everyone talking. :o

    Maybe there's a bonus prize they don't tell you about! I sure would love to meet Johanna actually. Maybe I'll see her in Iceland! :)

    lol congratulations :P I entered, and predicted the winner correctly ... but every other prediction wrong :P Apart from Norway none of my other predictions (Bosnia, Sweden, Estonia, Greece) were in the top 5! Last year I came third though :D
