Hello everyone, first of all I want to thank all the 22 participants of the X2 edition for voting my song, specially to Furnyland (JW), Custonia (Custo), Egelivia (Berk), San Minino (Mina), Empelia (Nick), LuLuLand (Luis) and State of the Ark (Anette) for the top marks.
I never thought on winning and even less with so many points in a edition with so few people, so once again thank you everyone for voting for The Florin Street Band, My Favourite Time of Year.
As for edition 33, Inspireland is sending a pop/rock song.
The song has 2 artists in it, the first is an Italian pop/rock band that has been in contest before so i won't give any clue about this one, the secong it's a Spanish Female pop singer.
She was born in Madrid in 1989, but at the moment she lives in Mexico. She is an actress, singer, composer, dancer, producer, director, videoclips editor, and Spanish model.
The song has a deep powerful meaning that I selected it to be the 1st entry of the year for its own meaning.
It talks about of what we people do to each other and to the world, how we don't care about what surounds us, and how we all think we live in a wonder world when we are slowly killing ourselfs by killing the only thing that keeps us alive, the world.
It's a message to everyone on how we should start acting and become our own heros and fight not only our rights but also for our world, a message for us to start to care more, look arround and above all act.
Good luck everyone and happy new year!
days until the Eurovision Song Contest Final in Burgas!
