Following what Júlio did last year, I will this year post the ranking the bookmakers give us. I'll try to do it daily. I will use Oddschecker, where all important bookmakers are combined into one ranking. The first day will be 5th March, so today. I'll post the last one just before the final on 18th May.
5th March Denmark Norway Russia Sweden Germany Italy Belarus Ukraine Armenia Azerbaijan Holland Georgia Serbia United Kingdom Ireland Romania Estonia Finland Greece Israel France Hungary Lithuania Moldova Austria Croatia San Marino Malta Switzerland Iceland Slovenia Cyprus Albania Bulgaria Montenegro Spain Latvia FYR Macedonia Belgium
6th March Denmark (0) Norway (0) Russia (0) Sweden (0) Italy (+1) Belarus (+1) Ukraine (+1) Germany (-3) Armenia (0) Holland (+1) Azerbaijan (-1) United Kingdom (+2) Georgia (-1) Serbia (-1) Finland (+3) Greece (+3) Ireland (-2) Romania (-2) Estonia (-2) Israel (0) France (0) Hungary (0) Croatia (+3) Austria (+1) Moldova (-1) Malta (+2) Lithuania (-4) San Marino (-1) Switzerland (0) Slovenia (+1) Iceland (-1) Albania (+1) Cyprus (-1) Bulgaria (0) Montenegro (0) Spain (0) Latvia (0) FYR Macedonia (0) Belgium (0)
This year we dont have a clear winner .. In this case the bookmakers are right for & ( they even dont choose the song and they are in top 10 to win) ..Its clear that in this poor compettion ,,they are favorites to win this year (remember ESC 2011)
7th March: Denmark (0) Norway (0) Russia (0) Sweden (0) Italy(0) Belarus(0) Ukraine(0) Germany(0) Armenia(0) Holland(0) Azerbaijan(0) United Kingdom(0) Serbia (+1) Georgia (-1) Ireland (+2) Romania (+2) Finland (-2) Greece (-2) Estonia(0) Israel (0) France (0) Hungary (0) Austria (+1) Moldova (+1) San Marino (+3) Lithuania (+1) Croatia (-4) Malta (-2) Switzerland(0) Slovenia(0) Iceland(0) Albania(0) Spain (+3) Cyprus (-1) Latvia (+2) Bulgaria (-2) Montenegro (-2) FYR Macedonia (0) Belgium (0) Big winner(s) today: Spain and San Marino Big loser(s) today: Croatia
As you can see above, I've added two little things: big winners and big losers. I'll put the countries there that changed more than 3 positions. If they climb, they're obviously a winner. If they drop, it's a loser.
Croatia is massively underestimated. I'll be betting on it finishing in the top five, and most certainly going to the finals.
