Well seems that FDC will go ahead, though this time in a bigger format. Like it happened back in 2010 there will be a semi final and a final.
5 Song from the semi will go trough to the final (the Semi final will take place on the 8th March while the Final in the 15th). This FDC will also be used to celebrate the 50 years of Portugal in ESC, which will be more seen during the Final.
The composers will be selected by RTP (international composers are also invited) and will be asked to show proposal of songs which will or won't be accpeted, while the singers will be selected by the composers.(In 2012 RTP selected both singers and composers and matched them together unlike this year where composers will be able to select their singers).
All songs will be 100% in Portuguese.
Other big change is the fact it will be 100% televote, the only time jury and televote agreed was last year as both had Filipa first. In 2009 the first year of 50/50 The Televote winner was not the Jury winner same for 2010 and 2011.
And unlike 2012 the show won't take place in a studio of RTP but on a external place called ''Convento do Beato''.

Composer for varios maltease songs and also Copycat for Belgium in 2009 and more recently Belarus last year. Also it is the composer who has been working with Rui Andrade.

- EMANUEL
Composer of Portugal 2007 and well known singer in here.

- JANVANDIJCK
Composer of Portugal 1990 between other songs and also composer of some of Rita Guerra songs.

- NUNO FEIST

Known composer and also took part in the past on the national final

- ANDREJ BABIC

Composer of several esc songs songs (Slovenia 2007, Bosnia 2005, Slovenia 2009, Croatia 2003, Portugal 2008, Portugal 2012) and several national final songs in 2009 and 2010.

- TÓZÉ SANTOS

Well known singer in Portugal from the band Per7ume

- JOÃO MATOS/VÍTOR ANTUNES

Composers for one the most known portuguese singer of nowadays (Aurea)

- RICARDO AFONSO/LUIS FERNANDO/RUI FINGERS

Ricardo is a Portuguese singer who tried The Voice UK last year.

- TIAGO PAIS DIAS

Composer of one of the most known Portuguese bands.

- JOÃO SÓ

Portuguese Singer and composer
