Hi, I am just pausing the thread here.
In the previous round (the one before the tie round), a mistake was made while counting the results.

The posted results were:

This is a total of 15 voters, whereas the results gives a total of 17 voters.
This means two voters were counted twice, and after a recount it became clear that 1969 and 1969 had an extra vote.

The total results would then be:

NL 1969: 3 votes
1963: 3 votes
1960: 1 vote
1964: 1 vote

This would mean ES 1969 had been eliminated in that round, rather than having a tie round (with possibly a different result)
