With Tiralonia's debut in Edition 18 and the huge success it proved to be in the small country, RTBT confirmed their participation for Edition 19 and 20 as well. Despite their ranking in Edition 18, Free Spirit was greeted by a massive crowd as they returned home from Campo Grande. The lead singer informed the massive crowd of how they were honored to have been the first band to carry the Tiralonian flag all the way to the final. The lead singer also excused himself and the rest of the band admitting that the After Party, that was launched after the Final, had left them all without much sleep.

After a Press conference with the tired band, RTBT chief Christopher Lensbruck announced that an open final for Edition 20 would take place, as the Entry for Edition 19 had already been internally selected.

The surprises of this NF would certainly be that Free Spirit are trying their luck yet again, and Rammstein are trying our their luck in the Tiralonian national final, having represented Villa Badia in Edition 18!
