Empelia Plagiarises Masiosare
Shock-waves rang through Inspireland tonight at the recap of the EscChat Song Contest #28 when, not only did the Empelian Federation of Four Provinces greatly insult the gracious host, Inspireland, by announcing the wrong edition (#27 instead of #28), it blatantly plagiarised the extravagant reports from the Masiosaran delegation in an effort to curry favour with the jury of that country.

However, many other nations realised this immediately and rallied around both Inspireland and Masiosare to offer their support in these trying times.

Furnyland's Great Leader, jw, was loath to change the announcement, feeling it was more appropriate for the error to be pointed out to the Empelian nation's Head of Delegation, Mr Nicolas Empel.

It is to be hoped that such flagrant OTT tactics will not be employed again.
