Yes, it is true: Nick & Simon did return to the contest in X2! It's the second time I've sent them (first time was Edition 15, Hoe Lang? scored a 10th place)!
After the rather sad/agressive song we sent in #32, we thought it would be time for us to come up with another happy, cheerful, uptempo song. And that's when I thought of Nick & Simon.
They released this song, Santa's Party, in 2009. I can only recommend you to watch the video, it always makes me laugh
If you already watched it and wondered: what a weird Santa they had at 1.46 in the clip: That's their manager (who's about as famous as Nick & Simon are) Jaap Buijs!
