The song talks about a partnership that break up. The girl takes it easy and starts a new life, while the man doesn't. He sings: 'I lied when I said: don't worry, darling' (at the time they broke up).
He cannot stand watching her with other men that treat her better than he did, he's jelaous. So, even when the lyrics don't say this, in the video he poisones the champagne that her boyfriends are drinking. So evil
