what do we do in a case of a DRAW where the goal difference ALWAYS is ZERO...?

Well, now that I think about it, since in draws the goal difference is always the same, maybe we should keep the 2 points only for non-draw cases.

I think we should do 1 point for draws.
2 points for other cases.
