Because of frequent ties, I devised a tie-breaker thus: a country that first reached its total of randoms prevailed over one who reached it more recently. That means if San Minino has 5 points and Lippyland 5, but San Minino reached 5 yesterday and Lippyland got its latest points today, San Minino wins.

So, the total results according to my count are as follows:
(Number of random spins left of the decimal mark, decimals (to the second digit) are the number of days since last spins for that country)

Lastly, Serbia and Montenegro are naturally at the same count because they aren't separated on the site.
